Nalgonda: Mild tension prevailed at RTC depot in Nalgonda town when a scuffle broke out between the police and the RTC employees. When RTC buses were taken out from the depot in an effort to run them with police security, the striking employees stopped them and raised slogans against the State government.
At one stage, scuffle that broke out between the police and the agitating employees triggered tension for a while at the bus depot. Police shifted the RTC employees and whisked them away from the place.
Similar situation was witnessed at Narketpally depot also. The RTC employees tried to stop the buses which were coming out from the depot. The police swung into action and thwarted the protesting employees’ bid. However, very few number of RTC buses were plied in the district.
