Metro Rail works to slow traffic on 13 city roads
The Hyderabad Traffic Police on Saturday informed that the ongoing works of Hyderabad Metro Rail reduced the carriage way on 13 different roads in city and during the peak hours, there is likelihood of slowing down of traffic.

The affected roads are: Maitrivanam to Yusufguda; Meena Jewellers, Panjagutta to Shyamkaran Road; Ameerpet to Panjagutta; Panjagutta to Erram Manzil; SR Nagar Bus stand to SR Nagar X roads; Begumpet PS to Shopper Toppers; VV Statue to Nirankari Bhavan; Chappel Road to Nampally; Shadan College to Old PS Saifabad including of Nirankari Junction; Chilkalguda Rotary to Bhoiguda Y Junction; New Gandhi Hospital to Musheerabad Jn; Azhampura X roads to Nalgonda X roads and Chadharghat to City Model School.
Expressing regret over the inconvenience caused to commuters, the Traffic Police have urged the commuters to use alternative routes wherever possible during peak hours (from 9 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
