Mr Rao said Mr Naidu had purposely complained to the Centre against the newly proposed Palamuru-Rangareddy lift scheme when the Telangana government wanted to improve drinking water supplies.
The Irrigation Minister appealed to the people to cooperate with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who plans to develop Hyderabad as a global city while Mr Naidu does not want Hyderabad to get more projects.
