With heavy rainfall witnessed in many places in Hyderabad on Friday, the traffic came to a stand still. Trees fell over two wheelers damaging them at Golnaka and electricity poles were damaged in several areas like Malakpet, Amberpet, Saroornagar and Dilsukhnagar.

Also, a roof collapsed at a ward in Fever Hospital, Nallakunta. However, no casualties were reported nor any one was injured in the incident. The rains continued on Saturday blocking the roads with water all over the roads.
