Somesh Kumar, who drew the ire of political parties over exclusion of names from voters' list, was shifted and posted to Tribal Welfare department in a late evening development on Friday. He took charge as the Principal Secretary of the TWD as per orders on Saturday. Speaking to the media, he said that he was not upset with the transfer and the Government had the right to transfer any official.
He also wished his successor Janardhan Reddy all the best and requested him to continue the Rs. 5 meal scheme under GHMC limits.
