Stop bursting crackers

As Diwali is approaching within a few days, we can witness bursting of crackers, which has already begun. During Deepavali festival, there is huge amount of ‘noise pollution’ as well as ‘air pollution’.
As Diwali is approaching within a few days, we can witness bursting of crackers, which has already begun. During Deepavali festival, there is huge amount of ‘noise pollution’ as well as ‘air pollution’. Although bursting of crackers is one means of expressing happiness of celebrating festival, there are other means of celebrating festival by wearing new clothes, distributing sweets among ‘kith and kin’, sending festival greeting through messages to their beloved ones etc.
The most affected because of these bursting of crackers menace are animals. More over children are getting injured while bursting crackers and many others are also hurt while manufacturing crackers. It is high time that people realised the hazards of bursting of crackers and put a full stop to it.
