The two-judge PIL bench consisting of Chief Justice Dilip Bhosale and Justice Ravi Kumar pointed out how the social media could be used for prohibiting incidents of illegal sand mining mafia in the district of Mahabubnagar. The bench also took on record that the police are taking action against the people against whom they are receiving information by way of images, information and videos through Whatsap. The matter is adjourned for 4 weeks.
