Illegal construction:TSIIC Commissioner summoned
Justice M S Ramachandra Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday summoned Commissioner of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), IDA, Jeedimetla to appear in court on next Thursday to explain alleged illegal construction made by the relative of MLA K P Vivekananda of Qutubullapur constituency.
Justice M S Ramachandra Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday summoned Commissioner of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), IDA, Jeedimetla to appear in court on next Thursday to explain alleged illegal construction made by the relative of MLA K P Vivekananda of Qutubullapur constituency.
The judge was hearing a writ petition filed by K M Pratap, a resident of Qutubullapur area, alleging that a huge commercial complex was being constructed in violation of the sanctioned plan by K Shyamala, mother of the MLA, on a plot situated at Shapur Nagar in Quthbullapur, Chintal, Hyderabad and that the authorities were not taking necessary action. After hearing the case, the judge wondered why the authorities had failed to take action against such illegal constructions.
The judge directed the matter to be listed to November 12 on which date the Commissioner concerned would be required to be present in court.
