Hyderabad: The state government late on Wednesday informed the Election Commission that it did not violate the election code.
Stating this in reply to a notice given by the Commission, Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma said the government did not make any new promises and had only reiterated the earlier promises.
Following complaints by the political parties the Election Commission had sent a notice to the government.
