ECIL inks pact with ISRO

The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Hyderabad under Department of Atomic Energy entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), for the development of multi-band composite feed systems required for earth stations.
Hyderabad: The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Hyderabad under Department of Atomic Energy entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), for the development of multi-band composite feed systems required for earth stations.
ECIL Chairman and Managing Director P Sudhakar and SAC Director Tapan Mishra signed the MoU at a function held in Ahmedabad. The MoU will facilitate the development of critical technologies required for various type of antenna feed systems for different bands used in satellite communication systems. This new technology enables development of many societal applications.
