Intermediate student arrested for raping minor
An Intermediate student, resident of Chikkadpally, was arrested by the police for molesting a nine-year-old girl on Saturday.
Hyderabad: An Intermediate student, resident of Chikkadpally, was arrested by the police for molesting a nine-year-old girl on Saturday. The girl’s mother on Saturday night lodged a complaint with Chikkadpally police that their neighbor at SRT Quarters at Jawahar Nagar had raped her nine-year-old daughter about one- and- half-month ago.
Though the girl was complaining about stomach ache from several days, she thought that her daughter was making excuse not to got school. On Saturday night, the girl told her mother that Sudhakar (19) had raped her at his home. “The accused, an Intermediate student had taken the girl to his home on pretext of playing and raped her. Basing on his confession, he is booked under Nirbhaya Act and will be produced in the Court on Monday,” the Chikkadpally police said.
