Hyderabad: A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice SV Bhatt on Thursday disposed of a batch of writ appeals on the question of infrastructure availability in engineering colleges.
The bench ruled that the court would not direct to reorganise the M Tech course for the ongoing academic year. However stepping into saving the year for under-graduates, the bench permitted the courses in such colleges which had minor deficiencies to be continued.
The bench granted time till the end of March for complying with the deficiencies pointed out by the Expert Committee.
