KTR ready to resign prior to GHMC polls

Telangana IT and Panchayat Raj minister KT Rama Rao on Monday made sensational comments at 'Meet the Press' meet in Hyderabad. Highlighting TRS government's commitment towards people of the state, KTR said Hyderabad is only the main economic source for the state and that five more districts will be coming up in this line.
KTR said that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Telangana government has focussed on the welfare and developmental plans of the state resulting in many investments in the industrial sector within 18 months.
Expressing confidence over GHMC polls results, the Minister went on to challenge that he is ready to resign from his ministry post on moral grounds, if TRS does not emerge victorious in the elections and even dared Congress, BJP and TDP to accept the challenge like him.
