The Collector visited the study centre set up for unemployed youth, preparing for competitive examinations, at Information and Public Relations Department (I&PR) in the town on Friday.

Addressing the students, the Collector said the TRS government, after the formation of separate Telangana State, has given notifications for recruitments in various government departments. For the benefit of the unemployed youth in the district, the district administration took special interest and supplied several competitive examination books worth of Rs 1.5 lakh to the district library, BC study circle and at I&PR office that were highly useful to prepare for various competitive examinations, he added.

Lokesh Kumar also advised the students to learn in group methods and by recollecting and discussing the topics with friends which enable them to remember everything. Books distributed Director of the Right Choice IAS Academy Kiran had distributed various competitive examination books worth Rs 10,000 to the study centre established at I&PR office from the hands of Collector D S Lokesh Kumar.

I&PR Additional Director P Bhaskar, Divisional PRO Dasharatham, MD Yakub Pasha, S Srinivas Rao, V Srinivas Rao, AVS Sudarshan, Venkata Krishna, Ramesh Kumar, Valya, Srihari and Pratap Pothan were present along with others.
