A young farmer was electrocuted in Koutlabi village of Sarangapur mandal in the district on Friday. According to reports, K Narasa Reddy went to his agricultural field to water his maize crops, he was accidentally electrocuted when he switched on the motor.

On receiving information, police rushed to the spot. Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Poshetty said that a case has been registered and investigation was in progress.
