AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi surrendered before the before the DCP (South Zone) V Satyanarayana on Monday following the clash of his party activists against Telangana Congress leaders Uttam Kumar Reddy and Shabbir Ali on February 2nd near Meer Chowk police limits.
AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi surrendered before the before the DCP (South Zone) V Satyanarayana on Monday following the clash of his party activists against Telangana Congress leaders Uttam Kumar Reddy and Shabbir Ali on February 2nd near Meer Chowk police limits. The clash led to the Telangana Congress leaders receiving injuries and cases being filed against Asaduddin and 15 others.
Owaisi was first taken to the Osmania General Hospital for medical examination and is expected to be produced in the Nampally court. Following the surrender, the police have beefed up security in the old city area.
