After the TDP's GHMC poll debacle, several MLAs in Telangana are willing to shift their loyalties to TRS. Telangana TDP MLA Vivekananda Goud joined the TRS party on Tuesday.
The Quthbullapur legislator joined the ruling party in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. KCR welcomed Vivekananda into the patty by offering him the party kanduva.
The TDP MLA had held a meeting with his supporters recently to seek their opinion on joining the TRS. Interestingly, Vivekananda had recently met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Visakhapatnam.
