Two TDP MLAs formally join TRS

Hyderabad: Telangana TDP MLAs, A Gandhi (Serilingampally) and M Gopinath from Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency, on Friday formally joined TRS in the presence of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at the camp office here. The TDP legislators requested Assembly Speaker S Madhusudhana Chary to treat them as TRS members in the house.
Accompanied by their supporters, Gandhi and M Gopinath arrived at the camp office in a rally and formally joined the party. The MLAs said they had joined the ruling party as they were impressed by KCR’s development agenda. Earlier, 12 other MLAs who were recognised as TRS members called on the Chief Minister on Friday.
