KTR gives tips to corporators

Hyderabad: Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development K Taraka Rama Rao on Wednesday called upon the newly-elected corporators to act as a bridge between people and the government.

Speaking at the day-long orientation programme for newly- elected corporators from Khammam, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Ramagundam, KTR asked the corporators not to become arrogant and ignore problems being faced by people.

Accusing the previous government for failing to resolve the grievances of people, KTR said the newly-elected corporators should work like army on the borders and resolve all pestering issues. He also asked them not to change their attire, language and attitude.
