Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that the Telangana State government proposes to establish outlets of State-run Vijay Dairy Milk at various tourist destinations, temples and national highways.
Speaking after inaugurating the laboratory and godown at Vijaya Dairy Milk's plant at Lalapet in Secunderabad on Saturday, Talasani said officials have been directed to prepare proposals for expansion.
He said that Vijaya Dairy brand was 56-year-old and it has huge potential for expansion due to its popularity. Talasani Srinivas said that the expansion of Vijaya Dairy could be linked to employment generation in Telangana State.
