The bench voiced displeasure at the Corporation for failing to produce relevant documents after being given numerous opportunities.
The bench is dealing with a writ appeal filed by M/s. SS Medical Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd against orders of a single judge in a matter relating to disqualification of the appellant society from participating for a period of three years in tenders of the corporation.
