The judge was dealing with a petition filed by K Shiva Kumar, General Secretary YSRCP Telangana State wing. The petitioner questioned the inaction on the part of the State government in inviting the party for the all-party meet. He said despite their representation to the authorities there was no invitation to the meeting.
