Job mela in Nizam College today
Former MLC K Dileep Kumar and member of All India ESI Board is organising a job mela at Nizam College grounds on Sunday. Union Minister of State for Labour Bandaru Dattatreya will be the Chief Guest at the event.
Hyderabad: Former MLC K Dileep Kumar and member of All India ESI Board is organising a job mela at Nizam College grounds on Sunday. Union Minister of State for Labour Bandaru Dattatreya will be the Chief Guest at the event.
About 60 companies are participating in the job mela. Of them 48 companies would be recruiting eligible candidates while the other companies would be imparting training in skill development. According to Dileep Kumar over 2,500 people have already registered their names for the job mela. They will be given three color bands and the HR wings of various companies will conduct interviews and the selected candidates would be given offer letters on the spot.
Big companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Big Basket, Flipkart and several others are participating in the job mela. Dileep Kumar said those who may not qualify in Sunday’s job mela need not feel disappointed as they will be provided training in skill development and will get another opportunity to attend interviews on December 21 at another job mela to be held in Secunderabad.
Dileep Kumar said that in next one-and-a-half years, he proposes to hold 24 such job melas across Telangana State.
