ORR toll rates up by 50 per cent

​Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority on Friday enhanced the toll charges of the Outer Ring Road by 50 per cent.

The HMDA official said that the revised toll rates would come in to effect from February 15 midnight.The HMDA has enhanced toll rates of car, jeep, van and LMVs from Rs 1.05 per km to Rs 1.58 per km,

light carrier vehicle and mini bus from Rs 1.69 per km to Rs 2.54 per km, bus, two-axle truck from Rs 3.53 per km to Rs 4.50 per km ,

three-axle truck from Rs 3.85 per km to Rs 5.78 per km, heavy construction machinery, earth moving equ­ipment consisting of four,

five and six-axle from Rs 5.54 per km to Rs 8.31 per km and ove­rsized vehicles (seven or mo­re axles) from Rs 6.74 per km to Rs 10.11 per km.
