Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha Mahender Reddy along with MLC Alimineti Krishna Reddy distributed sheep to the beneficiaries at Bahupeta on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, she described the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao as big-brother, who has been striving for the upliftment of shepherd Community.
Yadagirigutta: Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha Mahender Reddy along with MLC Alimineti Krishna Reddy distributed sheep to the beneficiaries at Bahupeta on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, she described the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao as big-brother, who has been striving for the upliftment of shepherd Community.
She said the government has been putting lot of efforts to protect the caste-based occupations which are on the verge of extinction. The Whip criticised the previous government for not caring for those depending on caste-based occupations. Earlier, she participated in Haritha Haram programme and planted saplings.
