Health Dept to focus on vaccination
After success of KCR Kits scheme, the Health Department is now focussing on vaccination to the infants and children. The Special Officer of the KCR Kits Satyanarayan Reddy held a video conference with the district officials here on Friday at the Secretariat.

He said till now, as many as 75,879 deliveries were reported in government hospitals and 74,815 kits were distributed to the mothers. He appreciated the staff of Mahbubnagar and Nizamabad who had worked with vigour to make the scheme successful in the districts.
On the eve of the Telangana Formation, on June 3 Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao launched the KCR kits scheme. With the growing number of deliveries, we would focus on vaccination to the new born babies to prevent diseases, he said.
