He also stressed that there should be periodic monitoring after releasing the loans to the beneficiaries so as to ensure that the sanctioned amount is utilised for the same purpose He directed the officials to see that the entire process of sanction of loans shall be completed with in one month.

It was also decided that the old pending loan applications will be closed and action will be taken on new applications only. Speaking during the review meeting in a function of Minorities Welfare Directorate, Minorities Finance Corporation, he asked the officials to extend the dead line for filing the application under overseas education scheme up to October 31.

Reviewing the MSDP scheme, he directed officials to prepare a detailed report and submit the same, so that this can be reviewed with the Collectors to whom the funds were released.

He instructed the officials to reduce the number of computer centres to 31 from the current 43 to improve the functioning.

He directed the officials to see that the Sewing machines being provided by the corporation carry a logo of government and the machines shall be allotted to the beneficiary after strict scrutiny.
