Man throws girl into well for resisting sexual assault in Warangal
A 23yearold man threw her neighbours daughter into a dry well after she resisted the sexual assault on Saturday in Jangaon district
A 23-year-old man threw her neighbour's daughter into a dry well after she resisted the sexual assault on Saturday in Jangaon district.
According to the police, the accused Dasoju Rajesh Chary of Uppagal village in Zaffergad, Jangaon district tried to molest the girl when her parents went out for work. When the girl resisted him, he dragged her to a nearby old well and threw her into it.
Hearing the screams of the girl, the villagers are alerted and came to rescue her. Fearing of the people, Chary too jumped into the well.
However, the villagers rescued the girl and shifted her to a hospital after informing the police.
The police who rushed to the spot tried to pull the accused out of the well but failed. They called a fire brigade which managed him to get out from the well.
Soon after he was taken out, the villagers thrashed him and later handed over to police.
