Dr TJ Prakash has taken charge as Principal Chief Medical Director, South Central Railway He belongs to the 1983 batch of Indian Railway Medical Service IRMS
Hyderabad: Dr TJ Prakash has taken charge as Principal Chief Medical Director, South Central Railway. He belongs to the 1983 batch of Indian Railway Medical Service (IRMS).
He studied MBBS and also completed Post Graduate Certificate Course in Health & Family Welfare Management.
Dr Prakash joined the Indian Railways in 1984 as a Medical Officer of Indian Railway Medical Services (IRMS) and was posted at Health Unit in Bokaro Steel City.
He worked at Koraput Health Unit and Divisional Hospital, Visakhapatnam, in various capacities.
Later he worked as the Chief Medical Superintendent, Kurda Road, of East Coast Railway and at Thiruchirapalli in Southern Railway zone.
He joined the South Central Railway in August 2015 and worked as Chief Medical Superintendent in Guntakal and Secunderabad divisions, stated M Umashankar Kumar in a press release.
