'My Cab is Safe' drive completes two years
The Rachakonda Traffic Police on Thursday celebrated the second anniversary of cab registration My Cab Is Safe
Hyderabad : The Rachakonda Traffic Police on Thursday celebrated the second anniversary of cab registration 'My Cab Is Safe'.
This was started in Rachakonda limits on November 1, 2016 to ensure the safety of Citizens especially women passenger’s with the support of SCSC. In this project the details of owner and drivers are gathered. Since then, a total of 23,564 cabs have been registered and 20,411 cab stickers were distributed.
Every Cab sticker is provided with a QR code to collect the details of concerned cab owners / driver and also vehicle details. SCSC office bearers Bharani Arol, Yedula Krishan. Satish of Genpact, Vijay Traffic Volunteer from Genpact extending all support to this project. In L.B Nagar Compounding Booth daily 30 to 40 stickers are being distributed/ registered.
