Candidates scramble to file nominations
Candidates representing different political parties including TRS, Congress, MBT Majlis Bachao Tehreek, TDP Telugu Desam Party, BJP Bharatiya Janata Party filed their nomination papers at their respective constituencies on Monday
Charminar: Candidates representing different political parties including TRS, Congress, MBT (Majlis Bachao Tehreek), TDP (Telugu Desam Party), BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) filed their nomination papers at their respective constituencies on Monday. The president of MBT Majeedullah Khan Farhat who is contesting from Yakutpura constituency along with the party members took out a grand rally on the occasion of filing nomination. Hundreds of people accompanied him in the rally. It started from Chanchalguda to Charminar MRO office in Dabeerpura, where he submitted nomination papers of Assembly election.
Another contestant from MBT representing Chandrayangutta, Syed Mustafa Mehmood (party general secretary) also filed nomination papers at MRO office in Falaknuma. Esa Bin Obaid Misri (Congress), who is representing Mahakutami from Chandrayangutta also filed nomination papers following grand rally along with his supporters. Meanwhile BJP’s Bahadurpura candidate, Haneef Ali along with his supporters took out procession and filed nomination papers in Bahadurpura MRO office. He was flanked by partymen and women leaders. TRS party candidate from Bahadurpura Constituency Mir Inayath Ali Baqri along with cadre took out Bike Rally in constituency and Submitted nomination at Bahadurpura MRO office. Feroz Khan who is contesting as Mahakutami candidate from Nampally also filed nomination papers.
