Hyderabad: TRS president K Chandrashekar Rao has taken up whirlwind election campaign across Telangana by holding a series of meetings in different constituencies this week. Parties that are part of People's Front are also following the suit. TJS chief Prof Kodandaram is all set to take up a whirlwind tour of State to campaign for his party candidates and those of People’s Front.
He will be sharing the stage with Telangana Congress, T TDP and CPI leaders, star campaigners and candidates wherever necessary. Since with just over 10 days left for campaigning, Kodandaram and top brass of the alliance parties will be heli-hopping and addressing as many meetings and road shows as possible.
According to TJS sources, the campaigning route map is being prepared and TJS chief is likely to hit the campaign trail in districts at any moment. Kodandaram had campaigned and held a road show for Malkajgiri TJS candidate K Dilip Kumar on Friday. The party is in the fray in eight constituencies including Malkajgiri, Amberpet, Siddipet, Wardhannapet, Asifabad, Khanapur, Dubbaka and Warangal East.
