Christmas fete held at Moulali Rock Church

Moulali: Christmas celebrations were held with gaiety and religious fervour here at Moulali Rock Church on Thursday. Malkajgiri MLA Mainampally Hanumanth Rao participated in the celebrations as chief guest. As part of celebrations, MLA cut the Chirstmas cake and extended his greetings to Christians. Hanumanth Rao said that the Telangana government has made arrangements for distribution of new clothes to poor Christians. He promised that many welfare schemes for Christians would be initiated by the government in the coming days. Deputy commissioner Venugopal, local corporator Mumtaz Fathima, Aminuddin, Ayub Ali and others were present on the occasion.
