Kothagudem: A Telugu pandit was suspended and a daily worker was removed from services after they were accused of sexually harassing girl students at an ashram school at Aswaraopet in Bhadradri-Kothagudem district.
The action was taken following the complaint by the students against the teacher and the said worker. An inquiry into the allegations is initiated on Monday by the officials concerned.
The Project Officer of ITDA Bhadrachalam Pamela Sathpathy has reportedly issued the orders on Tuesday suspending the Telugu teacher Srinivas Rao besides terminating the services of daily wage worker Sakru with immediate effect.
