Narayanaguda: Jahnavi Degree and PG College chairman A Parameshwar conducted Sankranthi celebrations on the college premises here on Friday.
The students dressed in their traditional best decorated the premises with Rangoli and took part in various activities.
The entire college wore a colourful look as rangolis dotted it in differing colours.
The students also kept ‘gobbemmas’ at the centre of rangolis. They circled around them and danced by singing folk songs, which highlights the three-day-festival.
The talented students received prizes on the occasion. Vice-Chairperson A Lakshmi and staff and faculty were present.
