Hyderabad: Shamshabad SOT in a joint operation with Rajendranagar police busted a cricket betting racket on Sunday. They arrested two persons and seized Rs 5.1 lakh cash, 8 mobiles, 2 scoring books from their possession.
According to Shamshabad DCP N Prakash Reddy, they have arrested the two main organisers Ankith Agarwal (28) Mohith Agarwal (25), both residents of Ghansibazar, at Aramghar area of Rajendranagar police station limits. They also took Rohith Agarwal (27), sub-organizer and Yasmin Mahesh (44), collection agent, into their custody and produced before the magistrate.
