Musheerabad: TSRTC Executive Director Purushotham Naik has said that only when the staff extends their best services, only then the corporation would be recognised by the public.Addressing a function to felicitate the ‘best’ drivers of Musheerabad depot II organised by the Hyderabad TSRTC region on Wednesday, as part of the 30th Road Safety Week celebrations, Purushotham pointed out that the passengers’ faith in the corporation has increased only because of the performance of the workmen.
The director said that the organisation would encourage the drivers who perform well without causing any accidents in the crowded city areas. He advised the RTC drivers to know the condition of the vehicles before embarking on their duty. “The drivers of other depots should treat you as role models for your accident-free driving.
The depot supervisors should ensure that the drivers are not subjected to work pressure,” Purshotham said.RTA Officer Sudhakar Reddy called upon the people for increased awareness on traffic regulations. He said accidents could be avoided if 11 traffic rules were followed by commuters.
