Ramachandrapuram: Corporator T Anjaiah Yadav on Wednesday initiated construction of Navagrahala temple in the premises of Hanuman temple at Srinivasnagar Colony.
He also inspected walking track works worth Rs 1.5 crore and toilet works worth Rs 97 lakh at Rayasamudram cheruvu of Old Ramachandrapuram, along with Irrigation department divisional engineer Yadagiri and assistant engineer Seshagiri.
Anjaiah Yadav said that proposal of cheruvu beautification with an estimated cost of Rs 23 crore sent to Minister Harish Rao.
