SP inaugurates Yerragudem lift irrigation scheme

Nidamanoor (Nalgonda): District Superintendent of Police Ranganath stated that everything was possible through commitment and noble thoughts.
On Friday, he inaugurated the Yerragudem lift irrigation scheme established jointly by farmers and police at Yerragudem of Nidamanoor mandal in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, he said thoughts must be innovative to get the best output. Every citizen has to contribute something to the society for its overall progress.
People and the police with mutual cooperation have to make every mandal in the district a safe place to stay, he said. Miryalguda RDO Jaganatharao said apart from maintaining law and order, the police department always strives to address the peoples issues.
To cater to the irrigation and drinking water needs of the Yerragudem, villagers with the help of public representatives collected Rs 15 lakh and with the help of police they completed the works related to the irrigation scheme.
