Prof Jayashankar statue unveiled
Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, along with the local corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud, unveiled the statue of Prof Jayashankar at Yellamma Banda of Allwyn Colony division on Sunday The MLA praised the efforts of Professor Jayashankar in promoting the need for Telangana agitation and spent his entire life for achieving the dream of Telangana
Allwyn Colony: Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, along with the local corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud, unveiled the statue of Prof Jayashankar at Yellamma Banda of Allwyn Colony division on Sunday. The MLA praised the efforts of Professor Jayashankar in promoting the need for Telangana agitation and spent his entire life for achieving the dream of Telangana. He is one who is responsible for preserving self-respect of Telangana people, he said. “By treading the path shown by the professor, we were able to achieve the state of Telangana; now it is time to strive for achieving golden Telangana, only then the soul of the professor would rest in peace,” he added. The MLA said that under the able leadership of the CM KCR, the fruits of the development were reaching the poor and the state was moving in the direction dreamt by the professor. He urged the people to tread the path shown by the professor and the CM KCR for achieving the dream of Bangaru Telangana. Among those who were present on the occasion include TRS leaders U Srikanth, E Srinivas Yadav, Kashinath Yadav, Chinnolla Sreenu, Shivraj Goud, Munna, Janaiah, Yadagiri and others.
