Hydernagar: Local Corporator Janaki Rama Raju on Wednesday called for steps to deepen the Amber Cheruvu, to restore the damaged drains and to expedite the work of the proposed walking track as also diversion of drains. She was speaking after inspecting the Cheruvu along with the irrigation department officials. During interactions with officials, she sought details of the Rs 25.34 crore tank restoration works. Among those present were Irrigation DE Narender, AE Viswam, Ward Member Vijay Bhaskar Goud, Area Committee Member Renuka, Lakshmi, Dayakar Reddy, Gopal, Naveen.
