Hanamkonda: The Warangal Rural District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil has on Friday directed the officials to make the details of their departments available online for the District Dashboard Monitoring System (DDMS), a data visualisation tool that provides real-time status of welfare and development programmes.

Detailing about the functioning of the Dashboard here, he instructed the officials of revenue, agriculture, child and family welfare and animal husbandry departments to upload the details of various parameters before November 25. The Collector also told them to make the annual reports from 2014-15 onwards available online.

“The status of all 20 district departments will be monitored through the Dashboard,” the Collector said, referring to the importance of the facility that enables a quick interaction with the officials concerned in case of any hiccoughs in the administration.

Chief planning officer K Samuel, district knowledge and innovation centre coordinator M Subhash, scientific officer Babu Rao, agriculture officer Usha Dayal and animal husbandry director Venkaiah Naidu were among others present.
