Xiaomi the Chinese smartphone maker is all set to launch its Black Shark 2 smartphone today in India. The handset is descendant to the company's Black Shark that was launched last year in the month of March. Remarkably, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is already available in China which is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor.

Specifications of Xiaomi Black Shark 2

Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is powered by Qualcomm's flagship smartphone Snapdragon 855 processor; it features a 6.39-inch full HD+ display. The screen comes with a resolution of 1080x2340 and offers an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

When it comes to the operating system the handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie. It is available in three different RAM variants in China - 6GB/8GB/12GB. This comes along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor and unique X-style antenna design for the reception of a better signal.

For images, the smartphone features a dual camera setup at the back of the device. Users get a 48-megapixel main camera with f/1.75 aperture and LED flash. The phone consists of a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with a telephoto lens and f/2.2 aperture. There is a 20-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.

The handset has got a 4,000mAh battery which measures around 163.61×75.01x 8.77mm. It supports fast charging as well. For better connectivity, the handset offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C.
