Samsung Galaxy F04 got launched in India today. Samsung has expanded its Galaxy F series of smartphones with the launch of the Galaxy F04.

Samsung's budget smartphone brings an HD+ display and is powered by a MediaTek processor. The smartphone from Samsung sports a dual rear camera and sports a sleek glossy design.

Samsung Galaxy F04: Availability and Price

Samsung Galaxy F04 costs Rs 9,499. Customers can buy the smartphone in Jade Purple and Opal Green colour options. The smartphone will go on sale from January 12. As part of the introductory offers, Samsung offers a discount of Rs 1,000 on the ICICI Bank credit card. Also, customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy F04 on January 12 will be offered an additional discount of Rs 1000. With both introductory offers, the smartphone price will drop to 7,499.

Samsung Galaxy F04: Specifications

Samsung Galaxy F04 offers a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720x1560 pixels. The budget smartphone from Samsung is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy F04 offers 64 GB internal storage. Users can expand storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The smartphone runs the Android 12 operating system with the company's own One UI layer. The dual SIM smartphone has a 13MP main sensor, dual rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front houses a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. Similar to the other budget Samsung smartphones, this one also lacks a fingerprint sensor. The Samsung smartphone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.

Recently, Samsung started rolling out the Android 13 update to the Galaxy A13 smartphone. The Android 13 update for Galaxy A13 brings firmware version A135FXXU2BVL2. The update offers the latest Samsung One UI 5.0 and a security patch for November 2022. Users can manually check for the software update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
