Samsung Galaxy M12 has been made official in Vietnam. The smartphone has been rumoured for quite some time and is expected to launch in India soon.

Samsung has listed the Galaxy M12 on its official Vietnam website but has yet to reveal its price. It comes in three colour options: attractive black, elegant blue and trendy emerald green. Galaxy M12 has a notched display and a textured rear panel.

The highlight of the Galaxy M12 is its 6,000 mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The smartphone is also claimed to offer 24 hours of web browsing, 23-hour video playback, and play music for almost five days.

Galaxy M12 features a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD + resolution and an Infinity-V notch. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor, although the chipset has not been specified. Previous leaks have suggested that the Galaxy M12 runs Samsung's Exynos 850 chipset. It comes in three storage configurations of 3GB + 32GB, 4GB + 64GB, and 6GB + 128GB. The smartphone also has a microSD card for expandable storage up to 1TB.

On the Galaxy M12, there is a quad-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies purpose, the smartphone offers an 8-megapixel front camera.

Connectivity options on the Galaxy M12 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone also brings a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock.
