12-year-old boy bags IT job in Hyderabad
A 12-year-old boy from Hyderabad bags an IT job. Now, the student will be going to the school for three days in a week, and another three days he'll be working as a Data Scientist in a software company.
Manikonda: A 12-year-old boy from Hyderabad bags an IT job. Now, the student will be going to the school for three days in a week, and another three days he'll be working as a Data Scientist in a software company.
With the encouragement of his parents from an early age, he got a software job at the age of 12 years. P Raj Kumar, a native of Tenali, is working in Capgemini and resides at Manikonda here in the city.
His son Sarath is studying in 7th grade at a local Sri Chaitanya school. As both parents are software employees, the boy observed them working on laptops daily. With this, he developed interest and learned Coding, Java, and other software programs.
He applied for jobs in various IT companies and attended interviews. Recently, Montaigne company has offered a job to Sarath as a Data Scientist with a salary of Rs 25,000 per month. Besides, the company also agreed to allow him to attend the school as well as the office.
Telangana Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy congratulated Sarath for getting a Data Scientist job at the age of 12 years. Sarath, along with his parents, met the Minister on Tuesday.
