3-day isolated rain forecast in Telangana
Rain occurred at isolated places in Telangana, covering 25 per cent of the State area, during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Wednesday, as the cyclonic circulation over the north-west Madhya Pradesh and its neighbourhood now lies over the north-east Rajasthan and its neighbourhood at 0.9 km above mean sea level and moved away, the Met department bulletin said.

The north-¬south trough from north interior Karnataka to north Kerala now runs from Vidarbha to the Comorin area across Telangana and interior Tamil Nadu, it added.
According to the bulletin, the highest maximum temperature of 35.8 degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad, while the lowest minimum temperature of 15.6 deg C was registered in Medak. The other night temperatures recorded in the State were: Nalgonda 16.4, Adilabad 18.7, Hakimpet 19.1, Hanamkonda 19.5, Dundigal 20.3, Hyderabad 21.4, Ramagundam 22, Khammam 22.2, Nizamabad 22.3, Bhadrachalam 23.2, Mahbubnagar 24. The bulletin listed the day temperatures as:
Nizamabad 35.4, Mahbubnagar 35.2, Bhadrachalam 35, Ramagundam 34.6, Khammam 34.2, Nalgonda 33.6, , Hakimpet Hyderabad 33.4, Hanamkonda 32.5, Dundigal 32.3, Medak 31.8. According to the forecast, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana on March 5, 6 & 7. Dry weather is very likely to prevail on March 8. No large change during the period March 9-11 is the weather outlook.
