5 meal scheme rollout in 5 municipalities soon
The Rs 5 meal scheme will soon be launched in four municipalities of Vikarabad district, said Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy. She ordered the DiCtrict collector to implement the scheme in Vikarabad , Tandur , Parigi and Kodangal municipalities.
Hyderabad: The Rs 5 meal scheme will soon be launched in four municipalities of Vikarabad district, said Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy. She ordered the DiCtrict collector to implement the scheme in Vikarabad , Tandur , Parigi and Kodangal municipalities.
The Minister was holding a review meeting on municipalities and double bedroom houses in the district, at her residence here on Wednesday. The minister directed authorities to set up a night shelter at Vikarabad and construct the proposed stadium within the town so that all facilities can be provided at one place. She also told them to sanction amounts from the district mineral fund for procuring tractors to the panchayats, which were not in a position to afford them.
MLAs K Yadaiah, P Narender Reddy, K Mahesh Reddy, Dr M Ananad, Rohit Reddy, collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam, DRO Mothilal and engineering officials were present.
