Hyderabad: The Telangana State Board of Secondary Education (TSBSE) said that the first day of the SSC public examinations started on Thursday held peacefully without any incident.
The Director of Government Examinations (DGE) in a statement said that 5,08,457 students have attended the examinations against 5,10,461 registered.
A total of 2,004 students were absent and no cases of malpractice have been reported from any part of the State and students have written the first language Telugu Paper I examination, it said.
