Allow bus passes: RTC Regional Manager A Sridhar
TSRTC Regional Manager A Sridhar on Friday instructed all bus operators to consider bus passes issued to students, government employees, scribes and physically handicapped and to allow them to travel on their buses to their destination.

Sridhar took serious note of the complaints lodged by the commuters against the bus operators for not accepting the bus passes. He warned of stringent action to be taken against the operators if the passes are rejected. Sridhar was also serious on fleecing the commuters by the operators. 17 complaints of charging exorbitant fares were lodged with the corporation so far, the official said. A call centre was also opened to lodge the complaints. Commuters can directly call 8008136611 and register their grievances, the Regional Manager said.
